From soil to table, natural and dependable produce.
Grain, pulses, timber, dried fruit, vegetable oil… we follow the produce of the land that comes into Türkiye. We track which product is better value in which country and in which month, and bring in what you need on that calendar.
The right product at the right price.
A cheap product that does not do the job is a loss, and so is a good one that breaks your budget. We look for the balance between the two.
Meet VAKTARWhat is the right product?
Not the name on paper but the fit for the job. We read values such as moisture, protein, calibre or drying grade through the eyes of whoever will use the product.
What is the right price?
Not just the unit price. The real cost that reaches you once freight, insurance, customs, exchange rate and delivery date are counted in.
Every product keeps its own calendar.
Wheat is harvested in July and hazelnuts are picked in August; trees are felled in winter, and winter is when pellets are in demand. We build our buying and selling around each product's own calendar.

When to buy, when to wait?
With produce, the calendar often sets the price. These are the main periods we keep in mind when planning your purchases:
- June – August
Northern grain harvest
New-crop prices for wheat and barley take shape in these months.
- August – October
Hazelnuts, sunflower, dried fruit
The new crop comes to market and its quality and size spread become clear.
- September – February
Heating season
The months of peak demand for pellets and biomass; buying early pays off.
- December – January
Southern grain harvest
The southern hemisphere brings in its crop, opening a second price window for grain.
The calendar can shift by a few weeks depending on origin, the year's weather and the size of the crop.
Papers checked in advance, so nothing waits at customs.
Agricultural and food products are officially inspected on entry to Türkiye, and a missing paper leaves the cargo waiting at port. That is why we want to see the documents below before loading.
