Your Personal Data

This notice is issued by VAKTAR Tarım Orman Ürünleri Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. ("VAKTAR") under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). When you fill in the quote or message forms, the details you send us are used as set out below.

What data do we receive?

Only what you type into the form: who you are and which company you work for, how to reach you (email and phone), your country and destination, and the text of your message.

What do we use it for?

To answer your price or information request, prepare an offer, and correspond with you during the order and shipment.

On what legal basis?

What you type into the forms reaches us electronically. We process it because it is needed to enter into or perform a contract (KVKK Art. 5(2)(c)) and for our legitimate interest (Art. 5(2)(f)).

Who do we share it with?

Your details are never passed on for marketing. They may be shared only as far as your request requires with the partners who handle transport, survey and customs, and with authorities entitled by law. They are stored on the servers of our email and web hosting providers.

How can you exercise your rights?

You can find out what we hold about you, have it corrected or have it erased; Article 11 of the Law lists these and your other rights. To use any of them, write to info@vaktarim.com.
