Twelve product groups across three areas: field crops, forest products and processed food. Each group shows its loading mode and a link to ask for a price.
In field crops, the harvest sets the price. We follow planted areas, crop estimates and origin spreads from the start of the season, and we load against moisture, protein, test weight and foreign matter values written into the contract.
Grains for millers, feed plants and maltsters, planned around the buyer's seasonal intake.
Dry legumes with stated calibre and kernel integrity, for packers and wholesalers.
Seeds with oil content and acidity reported by analysis, together with their meals for crushers.
Protein and energy inputs for ration formulation, with crude protein and fibre values.
In wood, the language of the trade is dimension and grade. Before the order we put in writing the species, thickness and drying grade for timber, density and bonding class for panels, and ash and calorific value for pellets.
Softwood and hardwood species, kiln-dried or air-dried, cut to the required sizes.
Plywood, particleboard and fibreboard, specified by thickness, density and emission class.
Pellets, briquettes and wood chips with measured ash content and heating value.
Resins, mushrooms, leaves, berries and similar products bought in their gathering season.
In food, the shelf has the final word. We agree from the start on criteria such as size and moisture for dried fruit, acid value for oil, and ash and gluten for flour, and we fix the production date, best-before date and label language before shipment.
From the new crop, raw or roasted, with size, moisture and defect rates stated.
Crude, refined or blended, with acid and peroxide values on the analysis report.
For bread, pastry and pasta, chosen by ash, gluten and water absorption.
Whole, crushed or ground, from lots tested for microbiology and residues.
Produce prices move with the harvest. If you write a few months ahead, we can place your purchase in the most favourable period. You can also write about produce outside these groups.
Prices start to move as the harvest nears. Write to us now and we will place your purchase at the best time together.
